PPO / Out-Of-Network: monthly "superbill" reimbursement statements are available for other providers' "PPO" plans that offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

Payment Methods: Clients are required to have a credit card on file for all fees not covered by insurance. Such fees can include (but are not limited to): copays, deductibles, coinsurance, late cancellation & no-show fees.
